When Sarah Jarzembowski decided to earn her master’s degree in pastoral studies, she wanted a program that challenged her to grow both academically and spiritually. But most of all, she wanted to accomplish her goals on her own terms. Sarah found her calling at Loyola University 新奥尔良.

Working as the director of evangelization in the Archdiocese of Baltimore, Sarah puts her degree into practice every day in her community. 

 “I work all the way from our littlest kiddos at the church and baptisms and parents and weddings and all sorts of sacraments, all the way up through adult spiritual enrichment,莎拉说. “I really just help with the pastoral needs of the entire parish.”

As a working professional, Loyola’s online program provided Sarah with greater flexibility to balance her coursework with her career. But even from a distance, Sarah felt connected to the campus community.
